The ehibition system proFAIRssional uses the advantages of manufacturing complete aluminium components in one place by one company. All frame elements of the system are produced in Kirchberg. All production steps from machining, mechanical surface treatment and anodising where taken into consideration during the development of the special profiles. In our production the 6m profiles are cut, milled, deburred, grinded, anodised and mounted to finished aluminium system frames. The stands are milled out of thick aluminium sheets, grinded and anodised in the same anidising quality machining the frame profiles. Especially the combination of different alloys in profiles and sheet elements to one product requires great knowlege in the anodising process, in order to deliver a high quality look. ALUTECTA provides series products as a finished premounted exhibition system commisioned for project-related orders. The production of the parts in one place, by one producer reduces mistake, delivery times and costs.
