Aluminium light switch panels
Highly decorative aluminum light switch panels from the Berker switch system are manufactured entirely at ALUTECTA.
We meet the stringent requirements for dimensional accuracy and appearance through perfectly coordinated collaboration between the production of the extruded profiles, surface finishing, and profile processing. Because the stresses during processing are very high and the risk of surface damage must be avoided, the profile sections are finished with a protective anodised layer after cutting. This hard oxide layer prevents the surface from being scratched during handling, punching, and processing. Following the forming process, the individual aluminum frames are anodised and colored again in the desired shade, giving them their final appearance. This approach is only possible thanks to the close integration of the two production departments under one roof. It saves on packaging, transport, time, and money, and enables high quality and flexible adaptation to customer requirements. In this way, even individual, project-specific series can be easily produced in a short time.
