The DICONAL^® PV mounting system is manufactured entirely by ALUTECTA, including purchasing, warehousing, production, assembly, order picking, and delivery. ALUTECTA leverages its high level of vertical integration, customer warehousing services, and the expertise of its qualified employees in working with aluminum for this complete production process. ALUTECTA acts as a liaison in the procurement and design of the aluminum profiles, collaborating with aluminum extrusion plants. Aluminum profile processing involves sawing, milling, or punching to produce mounting profiles, mounting structures, and small parts such as module clamps. Six-meter-long aluminum profiles are anodised, shaped on an automatic punching and sawing machine, and assembled into finished module clamps using screws, nuts, and springs before being packaged for sale. The anodised layer primarily serves a technical function, improving the sliding properties of the module clamps on the mounting profiles. ALUTECTA also enables visually appealing solutions for the DICONAL^® PV mounting system, such as black anodised module clamps and mounting profiles, which are often used on slate roofs or architecturally demanding projects.
