ANOPRINT® Aluminium plates

ANOPRINT® - Eloxalporen

ANOPRINT® Aluminum plates are manufactured specifically for use in digital printing. After anodising, the anodised pore remains open, optimized for absorbing the printing inks.

Digital printing

ANOPRINT® - Eloxalporen

On digital printers, the dyes are embedded in the anodised pore. ANOPRINT® aluminum sheets are optimized for use with printers and specialty inks.

Sealing

ANOPRINT® - Eloxalporen

In the final step, the printer seals the ANOPRINT® aluminum plates with the embedded dyes using a sealing process. The anodised pores are closed to permanently protect the brilliant, colorfast prints.

Anodising process

ANOPRINT® - anodisierte Aluminiumplatten für Digitaldruck

ANOPRINT® aluminum sheets are manufactured in our anodising facility. The sheets undergo all the anodising processes necessary to produce the anodised pores on the aluminum surface.

Contact locations

ANOPRINT® - anodisierte Aluminiumplatten für Digitaldruck

The points that allow electrical contact are crucial in the manufacturing process. To ensure ANOPRINT® aluminum plates offer a perfect surface without contact points, we produce them in a larger format and cut the finished aluminum plates out.

Anodising

ANOPRINT® - anodisierte Aluminiumplatten für Digitaldruck

Anodising utilizes the natural oxidation properties of aluminum. Electrolytic oxidation creates an open-pore oxide layer on ANOPRINT® aluminum plates that is perfectly suited to digital printers. Because the size of the color pigments and the anodising pores must be perfectly matched, we rely on precisely defined production parameters. Only when the alloy, the contacting, the anodising process, the handling, and the time management all the way to packaging are optimally coordinated can the quality be achieved.

Packing

ANOPRINT® - Eloxalporen

ANOPRINT® aluminum plates are high-quality products for the printing industry, which in the final step are packed in commissioned quantities with paper interlayers in shipping cardboard boxes.

Air tight with ANOPRINT® plus

ANOPRINT® - Eloxalporen
