Textured paint - powder coating
Versatile Applications
The light, yellow-brown hue of the sheet metal facades, window profiles, window reveals, window sills, railings, and fall protection systems creates a warm contrast to the pale stone facade panels. This residential building in Luxembourg City is a successful example of how a uniform color scheme can visually unify many different architectural elements into a cohesive whole. Weisgerber utilizes ALUTECTA's in-house manufacturing capabilities for the production of the aluminum components, having the sheet metal elements cut, bent, and all components, including the welded railings, powder-coated with a fine texture.

Powder coating
Technology
- Thanks to precision machining equipment, sheet metal elements can be milled/cut and bent to fit precisely, e.g., for window reveals.
- With bent components, the suspension/contacting can be done at concealed points.
- Welded components can be powder-coated.
Quality
- High resistance to environmental influences and mechanical stress
-
Robust surfaces facilitate cleaning
-
Durable, quality-assured surfaces according to GSB and Qualicoat standards
Appearance
- RAL 8000 FS matt 561MA80000A10
- Fine-textured surfaces are robust and easy to clean
- The matte surface reduces reflections and
- offers vibrant colors even in the shade
- All elements—windows, facade panels, railings, and fall protection—can be easily combined with other materials or components, such as roller shutters, by using the same color.
